We proudly offer you a 14 day return policy window.  If you are not satisfied with the product (s) you are at liberty to return them.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it with original packaging and tags.

Refunds upon approval, please email support@shopatlasgrey.com to initiate a refund.

When your return is received, we will inspect the product and email you an update.

If item is approved a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Kindly note that we only offer free domestic ground shipping for orders above $150.

All sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for our exchange and return policy. Size exchanges are allowed, if item is still in stock.

If your order has not shipped out yet, your order can be cancelled. Please check your email to confirm order wasn’t shipped out already.
